SOLD Winifred is an 8 year old 15hh Lusitano x QH cross. Rider in photos is 5’7″. She is green for her age, but very sweet and personable, and has no naughty behaviors. She is a sensitive/forward ride and would make a very rewarding partner for a confident, calm rider. Nice mover and athletic event horse prospect. She did Green as Grass at Carolina Horse Park in October 2022, as a back up to my back up horse, so I think she had jumped only about 10 times total prior to competing and she completely surpassed all my expectations! Goes right thru water and jumped all the Maiden jumps on schooling day with absolutely no hesitation and no refusals whatsoever! She seemed to be totally at home on an XC course.
Winifred can be nervous and sensitive, but in other ways is very unflappable and kind. She’s come a very long way since I started her under saddle about 8 months ago and I attribute that to her willingness to learn and be around people. Congrats, Jess M. on your purchase of Winifred!
SOLD! Circe is a 16hh 12 year old Appendix mare.She has a great, unflappable temperament; no silliness or shying! Easygoing on the ground and loooves treats! She’s been in very light work for the past couple years and previously did low level hunter/jumper shows with a teenager. Very steady-minded about jumping and goes right over the little jumps I’ve pointed her at so far. She’s selling as a project, but I think she will be a rewarding one! PPE on file from October 2019. SOLD! Blair is an approx. 10 y/o 14.1hh mare. She has three lovely gaits. Working on steadiness, contact and connection and will do a very nice dressage test once these 3 things are confirmed. She is a quick learner and has plenty of forward energy. Schooling 2′-2’3″ and went on her first cross country schooling outing and was SUPER.
